Job Description Developer: SQL Server, SQL Server 2008 R2, Active Directory, C# .NET

Description:

Client is looking for an Expert SQL Server Database developer. Client is currently running version 2008 R2. This is a high volume transaction system (25 million transactions per hour). Must be fluent in SQL Server, understand partitions. Must also understand MS operating systems as well as Active Directory and Active Directory groups. Also must be aware of C#, .Net and Java languages.

Responsible for the design, development, coding, testing, debugging and documentation of applications to satisfy the requirements of one or more user areas. May include hands-on new development as well as support, maintenance or enhancement of existing applications. Works closely with client management to identify and specify complex business requirements and processes. Researches and evaluates alternative solutions and makes recommendations.


Additional Skills: EXPERT LEVEL
o Create bank wide end to end automation solution to dynamically manage F&P file system security
o Eliminate labor intensive operations within file system security space via automation
o Gain control of user access to file and print data and implement automated governance
o Reduce risk in File security operations due to errors and non compliance
o Create End User facing application that will allow users to manage access to their data (common\confidential)
o Work in a fast passed environment
o Create database solution for managing direct trustee assignment of JPMC NTFS File System
o Create API that will allow other services within JPMC to request information from DB solution
Skills
o mastery of database concepts
o experience profiling and optimizing SQL code
o recent and relevant object-oriented software design/architecture experience
o excellent written and verbal communication skills
