Essential Job Functions (other duties may be assigned): Gather business requirements needed to program .NET business applications; prepare detailed specifications; and design, code, debug and document new and existing programs. Perform technical analysis: test data to ensure quality and conformance to requirements. Coordinate approval process and assist with development of documentation. Assist with implementation and training to support new programs. Analyze and resolve production issues. Proactively identify programming needs; develop and recommend innovative solutions; and work collaboratively with others. Assist with resolution of Help Desk tickets and/or other operational issues promptly and professionally. Minimum Qualifications: Relevant coursework in Computer Science needed with 3 years programming experience using .NET. Microsoft certifications are beneficial.
