Therefore, the PTC needs a subject matter expert who can learn and understand our current system and user departments, and work with the planning and implementation teams to assure the PTC receives a fully functional and reliable upgraded ERP system. Description of Duties The selected Candidate will perform the following duties: • Study and understand the PTCs current SAP ERP system functionality and customers. • Study and understand the PTCs desired SAP ERP functionality. • Using experience plus knowledge gained here to coordinate the plans, changes, and designs to the ERP Upgraded solution to assure the PTCs needs are met including following the PTC standards and policies. • Act as a subject matter expert to advise and influence the ERP implementation of the upgraded ERP system as directed by the PTC. • Work cooperatively and jointly to provide quality customer service. Acts as a customer service representative with users to provide business process and technical advice/assistance. • Manage operational relationships with executive management, business process teams, and IT business process owners to ensure the efficiency and effective of support provided. • Act as a subject matter expert to raise concerns and possible issues to the PTC leadership with enough details for the PTC leadership to decide on how to proceed. • Represent the PTC and/or participates in various internal and/or external meetings, forums, committee, and advisory panels as assigned. • Develop and maintain plans and other documentation as required using PTC established standards, procedures, templates, and methodologies. • Develop and maintain productive working relationships with technology staff, business owners, project sponsors, vendors, and clients. • Possibly Manage Staff on ERP Efforts. • Perform other duties assigned by the PTC. Desired Skillset: The ideal candidate will have: • 5 years of expertise in SAP ECC and SRM configuration and/or functionality in the following modules: o Human Capital Management (HCM) o Finance (FI) o Logistics (LOG) o Supplier Relation Management (SRM) o Business Warehouse (BW) • Expertise in configuration and/or functionality of SAP S/4HANA in the cloud for comparable processes. • Expertise in a Customer Relationship Management or Business Analyst role. • Proficient in the Microsoft Office 365 suite of business software including Work, Excel, and PowerPoint, plus proficient in Microsoft Project. • Ability to work independently to accomplish the tasks and duties assigned Minimum Experience • 5 years of overall SAP ERP Functional experience interacting with the user departments. Certifications / Education in all cases • Bachelors degree in business management or information systems.
