Job Description Administrator: SRM, SAP ECC 6, SMEs,

[Note: Start Date : 03/12/2012
End Date : 03/10/2013]

Description:

Must be able to speak to proficiency with SRM and SAP ECC, minimum 2 years experience in any industry, does not have to be O&G.

Regional SME P2P
* Front line of support with end users, identifying gaps in exception management implementation and other local policies
* Analyze issues identified by users to identify whether technical, data, user training
* Analyze issues and exception requests escalated by Regional User Administrator
* Analyze and resolve non-Technical issues, invoking established regional Exception Management process as approved by Regional Sustain Manager
* Liaison between business and various technical and process experts at all levels, including process area COP members etc
* Propose solution changes to global process owners; propose new exception management processes to Sustain Manager, establish user workarounds for technical issues in advance of technical solution change, new exception processes and/or user workarounds for technical issues in advance of technical solution change.
* Ensure adequate business user testing is completed prior to business signoff of solution changes

Must be proficient with SRM and / or SAP ECC, minimum 2 years experience in any industry, does not have to be O&G.
