The DoIT is responsible for implementing and managing the technology platform to support the program and the OPM is responsible for administering the GPM program across county departments. A key mission for the GPM program is the development and maintenance of data intensive research and administrative platform that enables the use of business intelligence and business analytics. To accomplish these tasks necessitates in-depth knowledge and expertise in all areas of business intelligence including requirements elicitation, design, documentation, implementation, maintenance, and management to ensure that requirements are met and deliverable products comply with the IT enterprise architecture and business needs. To ensure that all design, development, documentation and maintenance efforts deliver products that effectively meet approved requirements and established architectures, the services of an expert contractor are required. The contractor must have demonstrated corporate experience and provide support staff meeting the following requirements: Functional knowledge of the Microsoft Business Intelligence technology stack including; Microsoft SQL Server 2012, Microsoft SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), Microsoft PerformancePoint, Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft SharePoint. Proven experience designing, configuring and implementing Microsoft SharePoint server to support large enterprise implementation. Proven experience integrating SharePoint with other Microsoft enterprise software technologies. Proven experience with virtualization technology to support the designing, configuration and implementation of Microsoft SharePoint server farm Understanding of Microsoft best practices for implementing SharePoint to support business intelligence Proven experience with integrating Visual Studio and .NET with SharePoint Proven experience with developing electronic forms within SharePoint using tools such as InfoPath Proven experience with integrating application lifecycle management processes within the SharePoint technology framework Understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) and methods to implement using SSAS and PerformancePoint   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
