Consults with and advises senior management and multiple clients on high impact data or database management issues, influencing strategic direction. Handles and leads various large-scale or highly complex data/database management activities including one or more of the following: designing highly complex logical and/or physical databases; leading highly complex data modeling, mapping, integration, and capacity planning efforts; developing management policies, procedures and standards; and business requirements identification, analysis and development. Provides mentoring, guidance and general oversight to less experienced staff in a variety of database design, administration and/or modeling activities. Leads complex projects.: 7+ years database design and reporting development experience. Additional Job Details: Minimum Qualifications: • 6+ years of hands-on experience of using Tableau product, developing, and implementing high impact BI dashboards with actionable insights • Advanced data visualization skills using any technology • Architect and develop end to end scalable analytical solutions with Tableau • Ability to work directly with executives, engineers and analysts when it comes to defining metrics, crafting solutions and providing insights • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills • Skilled in business intelligence solution development with Microsoft SSRS (Web Reporting),SSAS (Cube), Tableau (Data Visualization), SSIS (ETL), and TFS (source control) tool • Experienced and skilled in developing database objects and ETL processes to consolidate data from multiple databases including SQL Server, SAS and Teradata • Excellent problem solving and critical thinking, ability to identify inefficiencies and opportunities to improve the process • Expert with marketing data and able to develop Stored Procedures, Views, Indexes, Triggers, XML in SQL Server 2014/2008 and Teradata • Strong skills in source data research, data integrity, data validation and data analysis from various large-scale or highly complex data sources • Ability to complete complex tasks to completion with little support • Skills in all phases of the Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Preferred Skills: • Experience summarizing and communicating data insights and complex concepts with data visualization and reporting techniques, through IQNavigator Page 2 of 3 https://wf.iqnavigator.com/wicket/wicket/page?x=2eiPTGga1eo 2/20/2019 Exception Requests presentations and dashboards/scorecards. • Experience on Agile projects/methodology/processes • Knowledge of UNIX environment and enterprise data marts • Knowledge of bank product   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
