This person is responsible for working with team members to manage, troubleshoot, perform OpenText updates, coordinate server maintenance and work with various teams in IT to ensure a stable OpenText service. Will also work with clients to develop and maintain new solutions to meet business needs. Candidate should have significant knowledge of OpenText and related development tools to act as SME for the team. Major Responsibilities · Perform OpenText system administration duties, including upgrades/patches, routine maintenance, escalated support resolution and imports/exports/conversions for clients OpenText systems. · System monitoring and performance tuning · Provide Tier 2 support to OpenText and related modules · EFS management and administration · Perform and maintain OpenText configuration along with documentation · Apply and maintain system security · Design, develop and implement content management solutions using OpenText · Perform search administration · Analyze existing business processes in order to develop more efficient ways to manage company documents and information. · Ensure new and existing solutions adhere to clients information management guidelines and security and controls protocols. This position requires regular end-user and team interfacing Required Qualifications/Competencies · Systems administration with OpenText Content Server, including WebReports, Web Services, AGA, Records Management, Physical Objects and Enterprise Scan a must. · 5 years + experience working with Enterprise Content Management applications. · Bachelors degree preferred with preference for course work in records management, business, and computer science or equivalent work experience. · MS SQL, SSIS, SSRS, JavaScript/jQuery, HTML 5 and C # (a plus). · Good communication, problem-solving and business analysis skills. · Training and presentation skills. · Leadership and interpersonal skills required. · Project management skills a plus · Accuracy and attention to detail. · Laserfiche knowledge a plus.
