Milwaukee County is seeking a Business Intelligence Technical Lead I developer to work on a short term 5 - 6 month project.
The duties will consist of adding tables, view and stored procedure to an existing database.
Create tables established from the Design Architecture meetings.
Perform ETL operations from the current client systems, FileMaker Pro, and Access, to an existing SQL database.
Develop the reports in Report Builder 3.0, and Reporting Services based on the client requirements
Work with Client when needed for requirements validation, User Acceptance Testing and Deployment.
Ability to work across multiple departments within the Information Management Services Division.
Ability to work within a medium size development team with strong communication skills

Education and Experience:
College Degree in MIS, Computer Science or related field
• 5 years of experience in SQL Server; database design, T-SQL, stored procedures, views, SSIS, SSRS, and Report Builder.
• Experience with MS Access, and FileMaker Pro preferred
• Experience with SSRS and Report Builder 3.0
• Experience with the full ETL process
• Microsoft SQL Certification preferred
Technical Skills Required:
Operating Systems: Windows 7, 8, Windows Server 2008, 2012
Languages: T-SQL
Databases: SQL Server 2008R2/2012, including SQL Server Management Studio,
Tools: Visual Studio 2008/2010/2013, TFS,, SSRS and Report Builder 3.0, SQL Enterprise Manager, SSIS
