Job Summary
The Company has in place an internally developed Identity Management, Provisioning, and Data ETL Platform. The platform is mission critical for the company as it ties together business processes, Enterprise systems, Mobile Applications and Cloud SAAS systems used by the company. There will be opportunity for the candidate to further develop new processes, applications and interfaces in the platform ecosystem. Candidates will gain valuable experience in the Identity Management and Provisioning market developing an Enterprise Level distributed processing system.
Job Responsibilities
Responsible for designing and implementing information systems which will adequately support and enhance the Identity and Access Management platform (eP) of the organization. Has thorough knowledge of relevant areas of IAM Domain (provisioning, access control, reconciliation, audit, etc. Has knowledge of emerging technologies.
Deliver IAM systems which elevate security and compliance for in-house developed and commercial off-the-shelf applications.
Lead emerging trend research, orchestrate product evaluations, and select the latest industry standards and tools.
Performs a variety of tasks including documenting the proposed solutions. A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
Communicates effectively with all stakeholders and with the team members.
Education/Experience
Bachelor of Science Degree in related area (Computer Science degree is preferred)
6+ years of combined experience in:
o Experience in deploying and code customizing IAM platforms such as Microsoft Identity Manager (MIM), Sailpoint, Ping Identity, or other IAM platforms/solutions.
o Cloud and Enterprise Integration, Web/SOAP/REST/XML services
o Experience with security protocols (LDAP, SAML, SPML, XACML, OAUTH, OpenID etc.)
o Federation and SSO
o Identity governance and administration (Role and Attribute Based Access Control)
o In-depth understanding of the IAM Architecture, IAM Operations, IAM Support both Manual Provisioning, level 2, level 3 support activities, ongoing IAM incident and project support activities
o Transactional processes code development
o Developer level of Database experience
o ETL - Data Extract, Transform Load data management.
o Data Warehousing and Change Data Capture (CDC) Methods.
o Solid C#, .Net coding experience.
