This is a key project in our Integrated Operations Organization that tracks all of Pioneers grower and field activities for seed production. Responsibilities: The individual will be working the reporting needs for a web/mobile based system - SeedPro. The individual will need to have the ability to communicate effectively, follow defined coding standards, best practices, and work in a fast-paced scrum/agile environment. Skills / Experience: Education and experience: Minimum 6 years of SSRS experience (formatting, printed reports, visualizations, cascading parameters and deployment strategies) Strong experience with relational databases, stored procedures and SQL Strong communications skills Competencies: Data analytical skills Extensive development of business reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) Experience in SSRS report formatting, visualization, printed reports, cascading parameters and the deployment Expertise needed to analyze report requirements and understand the business rules and logic requirements for reports. Expertise in building and fine tuning queries to reduce execution time. Knowledge of Data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI Experience with large, complex relational databases and query optimization Work closely with Product Owner and team to understand business process workflows.
