Job Description Developer: SSRS, SSIS, XSLT, XML Javascript JQuery SQL Server 2005 SQ

Scope Of Work:

* Complete work related to IT systems with in the Colorado State Title and registration System (STARS) line of business.
* Upgrade existing web application to conform to current architecture and security standards.
* Develop applications which include SSIS packages.
* Develop application interfaces including web services
* Document various processes and knowledge transfer to DOR/OIT staff.
* Coordinate testing efforts with external software developers.
* Complete various special project as directed by team lead with immediate deadlines.

Qualifications:

The Leased worker begin requested for this project requires the following preferred minimal skill sets, qualifications or experience :

CSTARS - Programmer Analyst/Application Software Developer:
Minimum Qualifications :

* Lead Level Experience (8+ years)
* Knowledge and experience with the following Microsoft toolsets:
- SSIS-SQL Server Integrations Services
- SSRS-SQL Server Reporting Services
- XSLT Style Sheet Development
- XML
- Java Script and JQuery
- SQL Server 2005 and 2008
- Web Services experience
- Visual Studio 2010
- C# and VB6
*Ability to develop and implement data warehouses, client/server applications, web applications tools such as: VB/Script, Java, JavaScript, TSQL, XTML, Active X, and ODBC
* Experience and structured and object-oriented development techniques
* Experience with server-side development using CGI, ISAPI, and OLE and Internet Database Connector
* Strong Techincal writing skills, such as documentation, change management and status report.
* Strong people skills; able to work with users, internal teams, and external contacts

Preferred/Desirable qualifications :

* Experience migrating older VB code to .NET
* 4GL experience
* COBOL experience
