Job Description :

- Provide technical support of risk management applications
- Coordinate with vendors to resolve issues and implement fixes
- Troubleshoot application errors and manage enhancement requests
- Work closely with business users to understand and implement requests
- Coordinate with other EMIT teams to answer questions and understand/mitigate impact of projects on applications

Technical Skills

• Highly needed:
o SQL programming and tools, including:
? SQL Server Management Studio
? SSRS
? SSIS
o VB6 and VB.NET programming
o Visual Studio

• Medium need:
o TFS
o Windows Server 2003 / Terminal Server
o PGP
o Crystal Reporting

• Low need:
o Visual Fox Pro programming
o Mainframe job scheduling
o Batch file programming

No requirements on experience as long as the person can quickly pick up the skills he would be missing at the beginning.
