Describe your ideal candidate: I am looking for an experienced, highly proficient, self-motivated, and architecturally-minded candidate to re-architect our test automation frameworks for the mobile team. The candidate must be prepared to take ownership of the project, and be able to bring it to completion with a minimum of hand-holding. Required soft skills; Good communication and technical leadership. The ability to work with a highly motivated team.
