What youll do • Develops Innovation strategies, processes, and best practices • Drives the execution of multiple business plans and projects • Ensures business needs are being met • Leads and participates in medium- to large-scale, complex, cross-functional projects • Leads the discovery phase of medium to large projects to come up with high level design • Leads the work of other small groups of six to ten engineers, including offshore associates, for assigned Engineering projects • Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity • Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates • Supports business objectives • Troubleshoots business and production issues • Utilizes industry research to improve Wal-Marts technology environment Minimum Qualifications • BS degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline • 5+ years of experience with Swift/Objective-C and iOS Frameworks • 4+ years of experience in developing, releasing and maintaining an iOS app • Shipped one or more iOS applications which are still available in the App Store Preferred Qualifications • Experience with iBeacons, BLE, Core Animation, UIKit Dynamics, Location Tracking, etc. • Prior startup experience is a plus • Experience with Carthage, Cocoapods, Fabric, etc. • Personal projects (with app store links & personal blog) that show an aptitude for engineering and product sense • Appreciate good user experience and excited to learn   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
