The CPSG team will design, develop, and deploy transformational experiences leveraging Cloud Technologies for the Cloud Services market. What Youll Do • Design and prototype screen flows using the design tool Axure and our emerging design system stencils • Come up with simple, elegant UX solutions for new, complex requirements • Ability to solicit feedback and iterate designs – while relentlessly representing interest of the user • Balance overall experience architecture/navigation with detailed feature design • Collaborate with some of the smartest engineers in the industry • Collaborate with other agile scrum teams across locations • Remain knowledgeable about emerging GUI standards and trends Who You Are • Expert level knowledge of user-centered design in cloud application/SaaS environments • Motivated by new problems that push you outside of your comfort zone • 7+ years of experience designing applications and web experiences – with a portfolio showcasing your design solutions and how you derived them • Experience designing for Cloud and SaaS experience strongly preferred • Proven experience to deliver consumer-like experiences for highly technical products • Ability to understand technical concepts and relate them back to requirements, while relentlessly iterating towards simple, elegant interaction design. • Visual design sensibility and collaboration with visual designers • Up-to-date with the latest UX design trends and techniques • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process • Critical thinking and excellent verbal and written communication skills • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Degree in human-computer interaction preferred; however, your portfolio and design thinking skills will land this position Job location • San Jose.
