Description: Salesforce Consultant Responsibilities: Responsible for requirements definition, creating project scope and obtaining scope approval, and creating project plans, resource plans and project cost estimates. Ensure that all project requests are aligned with our clients goals and strategic plan. Work with various IT teams to implement and plan cutover activities, determine dependencies, handle issues, understand risks. Resolve ambiguities in project requirements and gains consensus from project team members and business stakeholders. Coordinate project efforts and activities to achieve agreed timelines and budgets. Work closely with technical team and ePMO VP to best align resources with business needs. Understand and coordinates activities with and between multiple internal departments within clients including HR, Finance, Business development, Communications and others. Produce accurate and complete project documentation including but not limited to: Requirements definition, scope documents, statements of work, project schedules, communication plan, staffing plans and requests, status reports, issue logs, test plans and test plan results, and project budgets. Consult with management and reviews project proposals to determine goals, time frame, funding limitations, and procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of resources. Develop project plans specifying goals, strategy, staffing, scheduling, identification of risks, contingency plans, and allocation of available resources. Formulate and defines technical scope and objectives of project. Coordinate recruitment, contracting and/or assignment of project personnel. Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure project progresses on schedule and within budget. Establish standards and procedures for project reporting and documentation. Prepare project status reports and keeps management, clients, and others informed of project status and related issues. Confer with project personnel to provide technical advice and resolve problems. Coordinate and responds to requests for changes from original specifications, manages and implements change control processes. Monitor project results against technical specifications. Develop quality assurance test plans. Direct quality assurance testing. Lead design and review sessions with technical and business staffs. Review and assess vendors proposals. Manage multiple projects using formal project planning techniques, including development of budgets to successfully support each project successfully. Direct the activities of on-site and off-site consultants. Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Adherence to and compliance with information systems security is everyones responsibility. It is the responsibility of every computer user to: Know and follow Information Systems security policies and procedures. Attend Information Systems security training, when offered. Report information systems security problems. Must be able and willing to travel 50% of the time Salesforce Consultant Requirements: 10+ years experience in IT project management, requirements definition and/or deployment of business requirements to information systems. 7+ years experience in leading IT project management initiatives related to M&A integration or separation.
