Provides application support in assigned product group. Utilizes established guidelines to develop test plans, design reports and prepare system documentation. Duties and Responsibilities: Conducts functional testing, integration testing, regression testing, and stress/load testing. Participates in the analysis, design, and implementation of information systems in order to meet specified functional design requirements and specifications. Assists in developing quality assurance and test plans based on established specifications. Sets and reviews quality standards and practices. Debugs routine programs, prepares system test data, and prepares system documentation. Works with other department heads to improve processes. Designs reports and assists with client implementations. Completes special projects as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities: None Minimum Qualifications: BSCS, BSEE, or equivalent and 5+ years Software Test experience. Salesforce CRM testing experience of at least 1 year. Requirements and General Skills: Displays attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Takes initiative on improvements and testing results. Team player with excellent written and oral communication skills. Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in an organized and timely manner. Interfaces with cross functional teams. Interpersonal skills and ability to interact and work with staff at all levels. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Ability to pay attention to details and be organized. Ability to project professionalism over the phone and in person. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to “internal client” and customer service principles. Willingness to take initiative and to follow through on projects. Spelling, grammar, proofreading and editing skills. Creative writing ability. Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task, and work under shifting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Technical Skills: 5+ years Quality Assurance testing background in a production environment. Experience writing software test plans and test cases helpful. Manual testing experience in gray box environment preferred. Automation scripting experience preferred SQL scripting experience preferred. Experience in Salesforce CRM system and associated customer lifecycle activities is required. Experience in test case repository, such as HP ALM, and defect tracking tools, such as JIRA.
