This position is central to understand, design, and code / configure as per requirements, testing developed functionality, and interfacing with global development teams. Essential Job Responsibilities: 1. Front ending with end customers , managing customer expectation , ensuring Project delivery are met, ensuring the communication mechanism is in place 2. Responsible for ensuring that processes are followed across the SDLC 3. Standardizing the Project Management Plans for Projects 4. Develop and maintain good working relations with all business partners, other development teams and all support groups Required Qualifications: Education: · Bachelors degree; Computer Science or related preferred. Related Job Experience: · Minimum of 8 years of development experience · Minimum of 2 years experience in Salesforce.com Additional Knowledge and Skills: · Experience designing, architecting and implementing enterprise CRM solution using Salesforce · Experience on Apex Code and Visualforce Development · Minimum of 3 years experience with Java or C# programming languages · Minimum of 3 years experience web application development experience (HTML, JavaScript, and CSS) · Good in customization (point and click development) · Solid knowledge of SOQL · Strong oral and written communication skills Preferred Qualifications: · Experience with Agile development practices a plus · Experience developing and delivering solutions to real customer problems, with an emphasis on Sales, Customer Service, and/or Marketing issues · Prior work experience with global delivery (offshore) teams · Salesforce.com certified · Ability to architect solutions and lead onsite discussions with client architect · Experience with Agile development practices · Ability to work independently and as part of a team   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
