Has overall IT experience as a developer & architect for 15 years with a minimum of 5 years in Salesforce. Has a strong background on Salesforce Marketing Cloud architecture with minimum of 2-3 years of Technical Architect and hands-on implementation experience of Salesforce Marketing Cloud Is able to think through the integrations across Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other Salesforce products like Health Cloud, Sales Cloud as well as other legacy platforms Has proven experience on how different components within Salesforce Marketing Cloud can be leveraged for key business use-cases Has deep knowledge and experience in Marketing Automation platform with end to end implementation and integration experience including integration tools. Is proficient in Marketing cloud connector and Integration with service cloud, Health Cloud, external systems, DMP, CDP etc. Is proficient in creating Architectural blueprint, roadmap for the implementations and have a strong POV for discussion with Enterprise Architects Possesses knowledge of Salesforce applications including Salesforce Health Cloud, Salesforce Sales Cloud, and Salesforce Service Cloud Hands-on experience with HTML, XML, JavaScript, HTTP, CSS, XSLT, AJAX and JQuery Hands-on experience with databases, SQL and data structures Experience with APIs, Restful APIs, SOAP XML - Architectural experience with cloud-based platforms, SaaS, PaaS Experience with client discovery workshops and technical solutions presentations Additionally, in this role, the Salesforce Marketing Cloud Technical Architect will: Lead design sessions, including writing technical design documentation Provide technical leadership through the projects Design and validate technical solution with client Identify any issues and risks determining resolution or alternative work arounds Manage technical scope of projects managing client expectations Design and develop all integrations with other applications and systems What You Need for this role: Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field Experience working in the Pharma Industry The following Salesforce Certifications is mandatory, and these should be current and verifiable: Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant Other certifications (nice to have) are: Salesforce Certified Administrator   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
