This abstracted, un-identifiable data will then be used to power the Analytics dashboards. Approach and Scope This SOW is to design and build a set of Analytics Dashboards on Salesforce Einstein Analytics platform, and to build a Batch API on Mulesoft Platform, to extract Member data from ACSES, CHATS, Trails, and CBMS, utilizing JAI Caseworker View APIs, transforming this Member data into an un-identifiable abstraction, then loading it to Salesforce.
