Job Description : It is currently seeking a mid level Salesforce Developer to support one of our large government integrator clients in Windsor Mill, MD. The opportunity is a six month contract to hire role with the full intention of converting the proper resource with good performance. Responsibilities: Understand business requirements and ability to translate into strategy based technical solutions based primarily on the Force.com platform Collaborate with other developers to design solutions that hit the enhancements required within the given timeline and budget Take ownership of all technical aspects of Salesforce.com including data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, 3rd party apps, AppExchange products and custom code Develop in Visualforce, Apex, Java, AJAX and others to build customized solutions that support requirements Provide administrative support to Salesforce.com through System configuration and data manipulation Requirements: BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or related field 2-7 years of application architecture, development and design experience 2-7 years of experience developing applications for the Salesforce.com platform Certified Force.com Developer or equivalent experience Certified Salesforce.com Administrator or equivalent experience Working knowledge of Salesforce.com platform, APEX classes, triggers and web services, Visual Force, Salesforce APIs, SOQL, and Force.com platform Proficiency in HTML, XML, C#/Java and web services Experience working with SQL and Excel Experience with Salesforce data tools such as Data Loader, Excel Connector, DemandTools, Eclipse Force.com IDE Experience integrating salesforce.com with other apps via realtime, batch and sync/async Experience in a test-driven and formal QA Development environment including: development, staging, production deployment cycles Solid understanding of the capabilities and limitations of the Salesforce.com CRS app, coupled with a solid understanding of the business processes Strong business analyst and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end-users   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
