Test automation development experience 3. Developing automation tests from acceptance test criteria requirements 4. Strong Java test automation exp using Selenium 5. Ruby test automation is a bonus 6. Writing complex queries and scripts using SQL 7. Knowledge of OOP design principles 8. Knowledge of Acceptance Test Driven Development/Test Driven Development 9. Experience creating test automation or other OOP language in an Agile/Lean development environment 10. Experience creating test automation frameworks from scratch. 11. Identify and manage defects, secure fixes and re-run tests 12. Cucumber/Gherkin or equivalent behavior driven development experience 13. Collaboration /negotiation in a team environment 14. Excellent communication and people interaction skills 15. Leadership Skills 16. Experience organizing and managing test automation code assets 17. Proven ability to lead and manage test automation developers in both testing and Java best practices 18. Experience creating and implementing test plans for all phases of development, including Master Test strategies, test data management strategies, risk & dependency mitigation strategies and Release and Regression Test Planning 19. Ability to track and report appropriate testing metrics to stakeholders 20. Collaborate and coordinate with business partners throughout testing phases 21. Coach and Uplift testing capability and best practices on the line 22. Ability to create strategy around automated testing vs manual testing 23.
