A deep basis of testing experience is required to help continue their internal automation progression, as well as to come in and implement best practices for WorkDay in the environment. Responsibilities: Helping the company maintain and improve performance on existing applications Expected to help the overall goal of continuing to expand and develop the automation environment in the test group Responsible for the direction and projects the team is monitoring. Going to be working at a much higher level as far as planning. They will be asked for input on best practices with the continued implementation of WorkDay. It is a brand new tool in the environment & they want to make sure they are using it optimally. Need to be able to jump back and forth from automation to manual testing & even agile to waterfall environments, but not responsible for hands on testing. A true manager, not going to be asked to participate in the testing, but instead to oversee its progress and report back on said progress. Basic Qualifications: 3+ years of Selenium experience 3+ years of Jira or similar manual testing tool WorkDay experience 1 yr Excellent communication skills – Leading a team of 8 people 4 FTEs/ 4 contractors Preferred Qualifications: Experience with HR & internal application Previous leadership experience is a nice to have, but not necessary Experience with Kainos   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
