Description: Support test script development and running of test scripts to verify and identify issues with custom developed software. Assist in automation of manual test scripts. The goal of test automation is to control the execution of tests and the comparison of actual outcomes with predicted outcomes. Test automation methods will be used to automate some repetitive but necessary tasks in a formalized testing process already in place, or perform additional testing that would be difficult to do manually. Test automation is critical for our move to continuous delivery and continuous testing. Minimum Education & Experience Requirements: · Bachelors degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience · Minimum of five (5) years of experience in quality assurance test design and execution, which includes manual and automated testing, working with a database query language and software development languages · Knowledge of mortgage insurance industry preferred Special Requirements: · Training in quality assurance tools and methodology preferred · Local candidate preferred · Greencard or Citizenship required, not willing to sponsor H1B candidates at this time due to workload on HR/Legal resources Knowledge, Skill and Ability Requirements: · Solid knowledge of quality assurance/testing methodologies · Knowledge of Microsoft testing tools · Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office application required · Knowledge of business productivity software required (e.g. MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, Visio) Experience with database query languages desired Excellent verbal and written communication skills Diagnostic and conceptual analysis skills Ability to work productively as part of a team and as an individual contributor Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities with conflicting deadlines   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
