DAILY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES: -Maintains the three environments (Dev, Test, Production) of ServiceNow for Admin, including configurations, changes, system updates promotions, cloning, and security. - Create, maintain, and enhance forms, workflows, cloud integration and 3rd party integrations to the ServiceNow platform. Including automation and/or additional self-service features and functions. - Incorporate ServiceNow capabilities to create a unified framework for multi-cloud resource provisioning and governance. utilize ServiceNow toolset to enhance workflow for process automation. - Support the overall incident, problem and change management processes for Admin. - Onboard additional agencies and expansion of IT Self-Service Portal functionality REQUIRED SKILLS (RANK IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE): -Strong knowledge and experiencing managing/developing a large scale ServiceNow environment -ITSM and ITIL concepts and Framework -Server API Development -Powershell -Must be able to work both independently and in a team environment PREFERRED SKILLS (RANK IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE): -Ability to communicate and gather technical requirements from customers. -Ability to maintain positive working relationships with staff, users, management, vendors, and other officials   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
