As a memeber of the ITSM development team lead ServiceNow (SNOW) development work, build and engineer solutions to meet delivery of ITSM projects / work items. The developer will work with members of the ITSM team, internal and external vendors to develop, functional test, implement, document and deploy enhancements / fixes on SNOW platform. Analyze business requirements to configure / develop / enable capabilities using SNOW platform. Guide team of developers to follow coding standards, SNOW env. sync / cloning on regular basis and support platform upgrades. Skills You Will Need Support the development and configuration on various areas of ServiceNow platform including but not limited to ITSM, Service Portal,CSM,HRSD, ITOM - CMDB with discovery, ITBM, Custom Apps Using SCRUM / Agile stories methodologies complete development based on sprint / product backlogs, Formulate functional testing approach, test cases and document them, Support User Acceptance Tests and deploy code into Production in defined releases. Participate / conduct code walkthroughs with other team members, develop coding standards. Support ServiceNow version upgrades Offer technical solutions to address complex requirements. Evaluate alternate solutions, identify the best option and implement the solution Analyse, troubleshoot, and fix identified SNOW system issues Provide on-call support when SNOW Production issues occur as needed. Ability to understand complex business needs and adapt appropriately Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies applicable to the ServiceNow platform Experience You Must Have 6+ years of experience working with ITSM solutions in an enterprise environment 5+ years of ServiceNow development / implementation / integration / administrative experience 3+ years of experience working in team of developer(s) Experience working with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript (including AngularJS), XML, SOAP, REST, Jelly, etc.) Experience working with databases (MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server, etc.) Experience integrating internal and external (SaaS based) systems / applications like Zoom, Box, OKTA, Active Directory, Workday is a plus Experience providing training on using SNOW tool capabilities and ITIL processes Bachelors degree (or equivalent work experience) in IT, Engineering, or related science and math discipline with a Technology emphasis. Service Now Administrator Certifications, Certified ServiceNow Implementation Specialist, ITIL foundations is a plus Remote conditions This is a remote role until we are back at the office.
