The Senior SharePoint Developer will advance the sophistication of Clients intranet and extranet presentation and provide support and maintenance of multiple SharePoint Farms. QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE VENDORS PROPOSED PROJECT PERSON Respondent must meet all of the following minimum qualifications to Clients satisfaction to be given further consideration. Failure to satisfy any of the minimum qualifications upon submittal of the Offer may result in the immediate rejection of the Offer Minimum Technical Qualifications As of the final filing date, the Respondents Project Personnel must: a. Have at least three (3) years of experience, within the last five (5) years performing design and development of web sites, applications, and custom web parts for the SharePoint platform. b. Have at least five (5) years of experience, within the last eight (8) years performing planning, implementation, and administration of multi-collection SharePoint farms. c. Have at least six (6) years of the last 10 years of experience performing design, development, and implementation of enterprise applications using Microsoft .NET web services and Windows Communication Foundation (WCF), Service Oriented Architecture (SOA), and Internet Information Services (IIS) 7.5 in support of a large scale Pension, Financial, or similar type organization. Desirable Qualifications It is highly desirable for the proposed project person to have the following listed experience, knowledge, skills and abilities and will be evidenced by the Respondents Project Personnels Resume and Respondents Project Person Skill Summary Sheet: a. Ability to create architectural artifacts and user documentation. b. Ability to train SharePoint staff, application developers, site administrators, and end users to work effectively with existing and planned SharePoint frameworks. c. Demonstrated sound analytical and problem solving skills, attention to detail and ability to logically approach a problem and document the findings. d. High level of integrity, positive attitude, commitment and people skills. It is desirable for the Respondents Project Personnel to have the following listed experience, knowledge, skills and abilities and will be evidenced by the Respondents Project Personnels Resume and Respondents Project Person Skill Summary Sheet: a. Experience implementing, migrating to, and administering enterprise SharePoint 2013. b. Experience implementing and administering 3rd party SharePoint administration and governance solutions. c. Experience with PowerShell 2.0. d. Ability to communicate complex and technical concepts clearly to a broad range of stakeholders and technical staff in a written or oral context. e. Ability to promote and encourage adherence to standards and processes in environments where you lack authority to enforce them. f. Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions. Over the past 8 years, SharePoint usage has increased in complexity due to the nature of requests from the Business and support to the numerous SharePoint sites built by application developers and site administrators.
