Must be able to work as part of the team to design the solution, have the experience to implement the solution given technology constraints and within guidelines and document supportable procedures for managing administration. The successful candidate will support the Wells Fargo Fiduciary and Investment Risk Oversight Program, with a focus on SharePoint platform enhancements. This position sits within the Administration, Policy, Reporting and Analytics team. This individual will be responsible for, but not limited to designing, installing, configuring, and administering the SharePoint platform to support the risk efforts of the team. Additionally, this individual will work closely with management and other SharePoint specialists to determine strategic direction and provide leadership/guidance to less experienced analysts to deliver scalable and supportable solution . •Acts in a lead technical role providing technical guidance and consultation with LOB leaders, project team members, and IT partners. •Provides the strategy and design for workflows, including managing data, approval workflows and reporting processes. •Utilizes technologies and methods to integrate SharePoint with other technologies. •Develops new documentation and departmental technical procedures. •As an escalation point, provides guidance and direction to less experienced staff in resolution of technical problems involving the maintenance and/or creation of SharePoint sites. •Assures quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported area and oversees updates to and testing of the business continuation plan. Basic Qualifications •4+ years experience in SharePoint environments.
