Familiarity with SharePoint monitoring and performance tools Solid grasp of implementing SharePoint Designer workflows. Integrates and customizes SharePoint applications with existing custom developed applications Project Management Skills candidate capability preferences are as follows: Maintain and follow established Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies on all projects Ensure sites are developed to meet usability standards in the industry Demonstrate strong software architectural design skills supporting SharePoint solutions with experience in the following: o Design and design documentation; o Creation of mockups; o Requirements gathering - both business and technical with special focus on the following abilities: Cull customer requirements and prioritize them into key requirements; Easily translate business needs into technical product requirements; Convert requirements into technical solutions o Client interaction and effective working relationships with team members; o Development / configuration of sites and templates; o Testing - including troubleshooting and debugging; o Maintenance and support including end user training; o Product implementation documentation Demonstrate the ability to prioritize and plan own tasks and estimate level of effort for assigned tasks.
