Planned Implementation of Tools patches and releases Conduct Installation Qualification in production environment Implement and maintain the Tools environments in dev and tst 5. Configure Tools to enable the IT processes 6. Assist with validation activities based on capacity (requirements and testing) 7. Enable active monitoring of the toolset Ensure tools availability is maintained 8. Performance Tuning of tools 9. Participate in Assessment of new releases and new Tools 10. Maintain knowledgebase of Issues & Resolutions IT Delivery Tools in scope for support (list of core tools) Atlassian Suite (Agile toolset) JIRA Subversion Bamboo Clover Confluence Crucible Fisheye plug-in TopTeam TopTeam Analyst TopTeam Collaboration Server HP QC Connector HP Quality Center Suite Quality center Load Runner Quicktest Professional Qualifications Required Background and Experience Familiarity with SDLC processes (prefered experience with Agile methodology) Previous working experience (user/administrator) with tools in Application Lifecycle management (PM/Business Analysis/Development/testing) 5-7 yrs Experience in a support role Ability to learn and become knowledgeable in toolset.
