Candidate must be local: Yes Job Description: JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Perform SQL Server database administrative tasks in various environments including Enterprise SQL Server Environment • Maintaining and supporting multiple projects and deadline • Document existing solutions and identify urgent fix/upgrade needs and address the same • Help multiple teams of?developers?to design, develop and help with performance tuning and writing good SQL • DBA is expected to perform Sr SQL Developer tasks including but not limited to writing SQL Queries, Stored procedures, ETLs and perform ETL Management as well SKILLS: • Ability to complete all phases of software development life cycle including analysis, design, functionality, testing and support • Ability to design, develop and maintain small to large scale databases • Excellent knowledge of Transact SQL, MS SQL and MY SQL. • Excellent knowledge of writing Stored procedures, user/authentication management, performance tuning, linked servers, ETLs, SSRS, SSIS • Ability to work on multiple projects with multiple deadlines • Ability to communicate clearly with developers, business users and project managers • Ability to construct user guides and documentation • Project Management skills are a plus • Creating and maintaining ETL jobs QUALIFICATIONS & RELATED EXPERIENCE: • Databases: SQL Server, Oracle. DB2 will be a plus • Experience with web application connections and configuration with databases • Minimum 5-8 years in backend software design in SQL Server, Stored procedures, SQL/T- SQL • User/authentication management, performance tuning, linked servers, ETLs, SSRS, SSIS • Shell scripting experience would be a plus • 7 - 10 years of actual experience in the workplace • College or University degree preferred   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
