The District is seeking new software to replace the current version of IT Pipes, including implementation and training services Page 1 of 4 Request for Proposals for the Granger-Hunter Improvement District CCTV Sewer Inspection Software Replacement Introduction Granger-Hunter Improvement District (District) provides potable water distribution and wastewater collection services to approximately 126,000 residents in a 24.5 square mile area in West Valley City, Utah. The Districts mission is: “Stewards of Water that is delivered clean and safe for daily use and collected responsibly to protect public health and our environment.” The District has approximately 375 miles of potable water piping, ranging in size from 4-inch to 30-inch, along with nine storage reservoirs and eight deep wells. The wastewater system consists of 12 lift stations along with 300 miles of collection piping. The District is governed by a 3-member Board of Trustees, with 78 staff handling the day-to-day operations. The Districts eight deep wells provide approximately 25% of its potable water, with the remainder coming from Jordan Valley Water Conservancy District (JVWCD). The Districts wastewater is treated by Central Valley Water Reclamation Facility (CVWRF). Visit www.ghid.org for more information. The Districts current CCTV Sewer Inspection software, IT Pipes, has reached the end of its useful life. The District is seeking new software to replace the current version of IT Pipes, including implementation and training services. Requirements The District has prepared this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit Vendors to propose new CCTV Sewer Inspection software to replace or update IT Pipes for three (3) trucks. The successful Vendor preparing a proposal shall have a software package that meets the minimum requirements, has an established and proven client base, and can provide the software and implementation services for a competitive price and in a reasonable time frame. The inspection software shall include compatibility with the following: • Windows 10 operating system, • Arc GIS (sending and receiving), • Aires and IBAK CCTV equipment. The software must use NASSCO condition assessment coding (PACP, MACP, and LACP) and the ability to create PDF inspection reports. In addition to this the software must have the ability for video recording and overlay. The Vendor shall provide implementation services for the proposed software.
