Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree from an accredited college or university in a related field such as computer and information technology, computer science, software engineering AND three years of related experience. OR Associates/Vocational/Technical degree in a related field such as computer and information technology, computer science, software engineering from an accredited college or university AND five years of related experience. OR One year of experience at the lower-level IT Support Specialist or position equivalent. Note: An equivalent combination of education and job specific experience that provided the knowledge, experience and competencies required to successfully perform the job at the level listed may be substituted on a year-over-year basis. Competencies Needed • Experience with management and support using Amazon Web Services (IaaS, PaaS and SaaS) technologies. • Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
