Design and analyze distributed computing policies, procedures, and standards. · Provide consultation to local lines of business and assist them with information technology decisions and implementations. · Evaluate and research new information technologies and, when appropriate, recommend the implementation of new technologies to management. · Work with local and national lines of business to research, implement, and support information technology solutions. Develop and maintains project documentation. · Create and update written documentation according to Federal Reserve project and information security standards. Provide management with written status reports for projects and tasks. · Obtain and maintain certification in a job-related information technology discipline. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; coursework in MIS and/or advanced Solaris or Red Hat Linux certification is highly desired. 6 years experience supporting and administering Sun Solaris or Red Hat Linux to include the following: · Experience writing technical documentation. · Experience training and mentoring junior team members. · Experience managing technical projects · Excellent oral and written communication skills Strong preference for candidates with significant experience in any of the following areas: · Installing, configuring, and managing Siebel CRM on Sun Solaris · Experience managing VMWare Infrastructure · Experience installing and configuring Sun Solaris LDOMs · Experience with security hardening Sun Solaris and/or Red Hat Linux · ITIL Certification   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
