This covers the entire software maintenance life cycle to include initiation, requirements, analysis, design, construction, test, implementation, and closeout. This project will not include governance or management. The Resource needs good working experience with CAT II based application framework to maintain the business application. The resource should also have the database handling experience, using JDBC, transaction handling and making appropriate call as needed by the business process. Application/Software Engineer Senior Designs, modifies, develops, writes and implements software programming applications. Supports and/or installs software applications/operating systems. Participates in the testing process through test review and analysis, test witnessing and certification of software. Software Engineer capabilities with 8 or more years of experience, relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals, performs a variety of complicated tasks, may lead and direct the work of others, may report directly to a project lead or manager, a wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
