Closed all requests submitted before Jan 2019. 500 left to go- goal is to complete by EOY Where are you utilizing CEs? Team is responsible for onboarding new data and handling change request for existing data in Splunk 4 CEs- Public Access Application Project, will move to Web apps next year 9 CEs- Clearing data from systems DMT (in-house)- deals with making changes to data currently in the system Moving to JIRA Service Desk SharePoint- deals with requests for new data being moved to Splunk Moving to Triage and ultimately Service Now Challenge- they ran out of storage space.
