Troubleshoots, identifies and tracks software and hardware issues to ensure resolution and keep systems operational. Team consists of 6 people, mix of systems engineers and developers, QA and technical product manager – should work with QA and technical product manager for day to day Issues go towards Developers Some day to day activities will include: Helping resolve production incidents or reported issues from the business or from our retail stores Communicating updates to internal and external teams Working with external vendors to gather more information and/or to resolve issues Document processes, create diagrams, and build out technical specifications around new integrations Worked on agile/devop teams Candidate Requirements: Qualifications Loking for someone who can also work with other business teams to collect requirements, analyze reporting, and create functional specs—typical BSA work.
