Possess knowledge of remote access issues, SOX compliance, firewall configurations, Cisco or Dell configuration, router and problem troubleshooting and diagnosis. Building and maintaining Hyper V and VM environments. Experience in troubleshooting VPN and remote issues. Systems/Network Administrator experience Solutions-oriented IT Systems and Networking engineer experienced in a broad range of business IT initiatives while participating in planning and implementation of information-security solutions in direct support of business objectives. Hands-on experience with maintaining infrastructure including all Servers, Workstations, Routers, Switches, Printers, Cabling, etc. for optimal “Up time”, and 24x7x365 server administration. Ability to create and maintain a secure network for hosting and maintaining mission critical company data. License tracking, antivirus, update management, and system patching. Manage network security as well as user security via Microsoft Active Directory. Manage maintenance for hardware, software and network systems. Coordinate and configure data exchanges between local and client networks. Track hardware and software warranty and licensing. Provide new user workstation set up. Responsible for the general network infrastructure, exchange email systems, and virtual server environments. Manage physical switch and router environment, manage training of new users, manages user workstation and systems support. Write SQL scripts for pulling data from database for users and management. Manage internal Exchange email system. Server virtualization in VMWare. Manage VPN and terminal server. Setup and management of device monitoring systems. Hardware and software maintenance on all end-user systems. SQL Database server administration. Responsible for antivirus server, firewall security, internet connectivity, router configuration. Provide end user support for conversion. Install and configure server redundancy software and hardware to replicate servers for disaster recovery. Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure data recovery from hardware failures or disasters. Technical Services Responsible for installing, maintaining and supporting computer communication networks within the agency. Support and maintain server hardware and software infrastructure. Provide support for customer software issues, manage email, anti-spam, virus protection and provide backup solutions. Manage VOIP phone system and mobile devices. Minimum Qualifications Bachelors degree from accredited college and university in a related field and two years of work experience in systems and/or network administration. Required to have Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) certification. Note: Related experience may be substituted for education on a year for year basis.
