Responsibilities: Responsible for performance tuning, query design, database change code reviews, data modeling, and providing architectural advice Triaging and resolving production issues as per SLAs Managing infrastructure within Amazon Web Service (AWS) including EC2 and RDS Creating a backup and recovery strategy for the database, and regularly testing the backups to ensure usability Monitoring and optimizing the databases performance using either manual or automated tools Set up integration environments, and provision databases for new projects. Support for SSIS server for ETL infrastructure.
