Role aligns to the Marketing Capabilities and Execution team and will support the Marketing Process Capabilities Portfolio within Marketing Operations. The portfolio is comprised of 20+ projects related to an integrated suite of individual marketing technologies and marketing operations process enhancement initiatives. The portfolio is highly complex, highly visible, and a major investment supporting multiple lines of business and Enterprise Marketing in the end-to-end campaign strategy, development, execution, and measurement lifecycle. We are looking for a Capability Lead to support Program Sponsors within the portfolio with development of business cases reflecting the one-time and ongoing cost of the programs and the qualitative and quantitative benefits resulting from these investments. This role is also responsible for helping to establish and execute recurring financial management routines within the portfolio that are commensurate with Enterprise Finance and Enterprise Project Management policies. Support Program Sponsors in all aspects of business case development in accordance with internal policies as required by Enterprise Finance, Marketing Finance, and the Group Project Management Office to include estimation of one-time and ongoing cost, qualitative benefits, quantitative benefits, KPIs to measure the benefits. - Partner with Marketing Operations Reporting teams to source appropriate reporting in support of the selected KPIs - Support Program Sponsors and Capability Leads with operationalizing business case measurement plans and ensuring the business sponsors are prepared to take ownership for accountability of the measurement plan at project turnover - Support internal processes for review and approval of - the business cases Interface with Marketing Finance and other teams to provide relevant details about the business case as needed on a regular and/or ad-hoc basis for use in executive-facing materials and other recurring financial routines - Assist with developing presentations summarizing the business cases and their respective hard and soft benefits - Define, implement, and maintain a consolidated view of all business cases and their measurement plans across the Marketing Process Capabilities Portfolio - Key Responsibilities: 5+ years of experience in portfolio management in financial services, preferably in a Marketing context - 5+ years of experience in strategic planning, business case development, and benefit measurement - - 3+ years of previous employment working in a large, matrixed organizational environment - Demonstrable experience in stakeholder relations and management - Advanced skills in Excel and MS PowerPoint Qualifications: - Strong self-starter with proven ability to work independently - Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment - Able to support multiple projects simultaneously   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
