REQUIRED SKILLS (RANK IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE): - SKILLED IN WEBSITE DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT - EXPERIENCED WITH HTML5 - MUST HAVE COMMUNICATION SKILLS TO COMMUNICATE WITH PROJECT STAFF. - KNOWLEDGE OF ADA COMPLIANCE - KNOWLEDGE OF WEB PRIVACY STATEMENTS - ABILITY TO CREATE MOBILE WEBSITE - ABILITY TO UTILIZE STYLESHEETS - AN UNDERSTANDING OF GENERAL CONTENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS (CMS); SERVICES AND FEATURES, SITE DESIGN, AND BEST PRACTICES.
