Day to Day job Duties: (what this person will do on a daily/weekly basis) Manage a team of SAP data analysts to convert data from legacy to target SAP environment. Support scoping, estimating, planning and execution of the data migration Expertise in tools and templates to support end to end data migration process Prepare and publish a task list for tracking progress Define daily and weekly progress reporting parameters including burndown rate, action plan and risk. Monitor progress on a daily basis and suggest corrective actions Assist in issue resolution related to SAP data migration Define Communication Plan between Project Team and Data Migration Team Follow approved migration methodology for Data Validation and Approval Participate in Audits and comply with GDM. Basic Qualifications: (what are the skills required to this job with minimum years of experience on each) 5+ years experience in Data Migration/Conversion into SAP applications 5+ years experience as Team Lead / Project Lead/ Project Management etc. Minimum 4 years Full Lifecycle Implementation experience required Travel: This position requires someone who can travel at least 30%. 70% would be remote.
