Job Description Manager: Support, Training, Mentoring, MS Visio MS Office Suite CA Clarity Port

Project Manager. As a member of the Project Management Office provides on-going support, training, coaching, consulting and mentoring for IT Project Managers. Provides best practices, concepts, techniques, standards, processes and methodology to ensure quality project management throughout the project life cycle using the Clarity application. Document, resolve, communicate resolution of technical issues related to the Clarity Application (Open Workbench) and the Service Desk application ensuring 24/7 availability. Oversee technical application issues including perform System Maintenance (hot fixes) & Upgrades. Manage the implementation and support of information technology projects, assembles project teams, assigns, develops and maintains project schedules and budgets; responsible for determining and working with supervision to acquire resource needs; oversees project progress and workload through duration of project, including implementing new releases and performing upgrades. Participate as part of the testing/validation team when implementing changes, releases, patches or upgrades. Key skills; Must be able to manage multiple projects at one time; Excellent communication skills; Critical thinking skills and the ability to problem solve; Ability to track detailed schedules and keep project team on task; Strong organizational skills including attention to detail, multitasking and self-motivated; Clarity experience and ITIL Certification a plus.
