Specific responsibilities will include system administration, support, and technical leadership within the Agile PLM platform, system configuration, create formal documentation, application change management, manage multiple small projects and manage communications across multiple businesses/geographies. Provide client support and consultation Configure, support, and administer Agile PLM platform. Proactively monitor the Agile servers, setup and run jobs on a regularly scheduled basis which will maintain the integrity of the system Provide problem management for the Agile PLM platform including managing escalated issues to resolution. Provide technical leadership and client support for the Agile PLM platform including participating in the architecture team, desktop forum, and change control board. Collaborate with technical teams across Medtronic including, but not limited to Intel, Database, Storage. Requirements: 2+ years of relevant experience in the configuration, administration, and support of Oracle Agile PLM system. 1+ year of this experience must be with Oracle Agile version 9.2.2. 1+ years Oracle database and SQL development 2+ years Agile PLM system administration Desired Completion of formal Oracle Agile 9.2.2 training.
