Job Description : Here are the details: Position: Working with the billing team to build a data warehouse Advanced SQL experience required Location: Stamford, CT Rate: Negotiable Duration: 3 Month Contract to Hire Day-to-Day Responsibilities: Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience including, but not limited to: Reduce and/or eliminate billing errors and lead corrective actions as required Identify process gaps and billing system issues and lead the creation of data analysis to identify, quantify and monitor billing discrepancies Determine best course of action and resource allocation in order to complete tasks Project manages cross functional teams and external vendors to implement solutions to address revenue leakage Partner cross-functionally to identify and rectify billing issues and to drive additional value to the business Develop reporting to track project success and communicate results Must Haves: Experience writing complex SQL queries Nice to Haves: Telecom experience Billing experience   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
