What is the specific title of the position? SQL Database Administrator/SSIS Developer What Project/Projects will the candidate be working on while on assignment? Required Skills: • 5+ years Database Administration with emphasis on application support • 7+ years SQL Server development experience using T-SQL and SSIS • Experience with SQL 2016 and higher • Experience building appropriate data models and designing tables to effectively support large data volumes • Demonstrate ability to pull together a well designed, end-to-end process with knowledge of the MS-SQL product-stack (including inherent strengths and weaknesses) • Ability to troubleshoot and tune database configurations, ETL processes and SQL code for optimal performance • Experience with warehousing best practices and methodologies • Demonstrates success in mentoring (sharing/persuading/explaining) to educate during project and transition work to FTE resources for ongoing support after project completion • Ability to work closely with a diverse team to facilitate successful project completion • Demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines, follow development standards and effectively raise critical issues that may impact sprint timelines • Resource must excel at working independently due to telecommunication requirements resulting from COVID-19 • Strong communication skills and the ability to provide relevant updates on a timely basis are expected Preferred Skills: • Knowledge of end to end SDLC • Experience with healthcare data • Azure DevOps and Azure experience encouraged • MS Office Suite What type of interview process is preferred?
