Ensures the Talent Management System (TMS) environment meets application requirements in conjunction with organization policies and regulatory requirements. Accountable for researching, configuring, documenting and communicating recommendations or solutions for systems upgrades, enhancements, and issue resolution. Responsibilities: Provide advanced administration and configuration support for all Talent Management Systems applications to include; Recruiting (Taleo), Onboarding (Taleo), Learning Management (Taleo), Performance Management (Taleo), OBIEE Reporting (Taleo), Talent Relationship Management Tool (Avature) and custom Onboarding Management application (OMS). Will provide cross-training to other members of the TMS team. Qualifications Experience (Minimum experience the job requires): At least 5 years experience providing configuration support for at least two or more of the following applications: Recruiting (Taleo) Onboarding (Taleo) Learning Management (Taleo) Performance Management (Taleo) OBIEE Reporting (Taleo) Talent Relationship Management Tool (Avature) At least 3-5 years experience with a Human Resources Informational System (HRIS) is preferred (e.g. J.D.
