This team is currently working on major migration programs (taking data in place and transforming them into other apps). They are looking for the builders. First Question manager normally asks in an interview: Have you been involved in the creation of tools for the managing and maintenance of Network components, or only been a user of these tools? --- A "no" answer would indicate someone that is not a good fit right off the bat.
