This Staff Aug is a member of the EDC Network Operations Team. 2. Responsible to submit, review and execute change management requests (CRQ) requested either internally or by agency staff. 3. Responsible for the daily operations of the Enterprise Data Center production networking infrastructure environment. 4. Responsible for ensuring that EDC provides the highest level of network performance and availability so that ESF can meet the 24 x 7 needs of its customers and service level agreements. 5. Knowledge and professional applied experience with configuring Cisco network equipment in multi-protocol internetworks using LAN and WAN interfaces. Outstanding oral communication skills, including public speaking Outstanding written communication skills, including writing complex documents Required Skills: * Experience working as a System Administrator * Knowledge of TCP IP, LAN/WAN, Service Provider/Extranet Networks, Ethernet switching, BGP, EIGRP, SNMP, VPN, MPLS, Traffic Engineering and IPSEC * Experience with Cisco IOS and Cisco Hardware (including 6500 Series; Nexus 7000 & 9000) * Experience with Cisco CSS for Content Load Balancing * Checkpoint VSX Firewall Experience Desired Skills: * Experience with Juniper Hardware and Juniper IOS Software * Experience with Juniper SRX Series Firewalls * Current CCNA Certification * ITIL Foundation Certification   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
