TDD Business Process Re Engineering Configuration Management SDLC Expert (Jobs i   Requirement id 72163 Job title Expert Job location in Columbus, OH Skills required Coded UI, TDD, Agile Experience, Business Process Re Engineering Configur Open Date 08-Aug-2018 Close Date Job type Contract Duration 10 Months Compensation DOE Status requirement --- Job interview type Face to Face interview    Email Recruiter: coolsoft Job Description Expert: Coded UI, TDD, Agile Experience, Business Process Re Engineering Configur Start Date :09/04/2018 End Date :06/30/2019 Submission Deadline :08/14/2108 at 10:00am EST Client Info :DPS Description : Short Description on what they will be working on, objectives, and tasks/deliverables: • Work with and advise the Dept. of Public Safety (ODPS) IT DevOps coach on cultural and technical challenges to: • Deliver proven training programs to explain and instill DevOps values including those as detailed by CALMS, Agile and Lean. • Seek and tactfully challenge team members who actively or passively stand against the core values of DevOps or DPS IT DevOps transformation mission. • Seek and address organizational and team-level challenges with management. • Drive automation in pursuit of predictability, supportability, security and time to innovate. • Drive and assist with discovering, comparing and building DevOps tooling for SDLC and infrastructure provisioning. • Conduct process re-engineering workshops and projects to identify areas of improvement pertaining to the SDLC by leveraging continuous integration, continuous delivery, continuous deployment, TDD/unit testing, integration testing, UI testing, DB standards testing and security testing. Requirement Description: During the interview process with the ODPS staff, the resource consultant must demonstrate competence and experience in their ability to transform IT organizations from traditional siloed, non-collaborative and stagnant to DevOps with collaboration and automation. The resources experience must also be documented for review and verification. Offered resources not showing technical or functional competence and experience will be sufficient reason to reject the Offerors proposal. It is the responsibility of the Offeror to pre-screen their candidates to ensure compliance. The ODPS has estimated that it will require one (1) full-time resource to provide up to two thousand (2000) hours for Fiscal Year 2019 (FY19) with potential to remain with ODPS for up to another year, two thousand (2000) hours in Fiscal Year 2020 (FY20).
